Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went there to see if I could tour their apartments. They was very helpful. Excellent customer service. They gave me a tour of the townhome. It was beautiful inside everything was excellent. I think it is a beautiful home to raise my Chihuahua. I think the person that gave me the tour her name was Bri. She was very excellent. She answered all my questions that I wanted to know. Thank you so much for helping me.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I really love the apartments; it's a very quiet area where you can live very comfortably. They also give you a super fast response as soon as you apply to live here (100/100). Plus, they're very reasonably priced.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Overall, the entire process was something I approached the team here at Blue Ridge with a lot of urgency and stress on my part and immediately Sandy Stauffer was an absolute resource.

In between coordinating proper help to get the application process fast tracked, and ensuring that the amenities would be set up properly as any issues in her own words that “would be present upon move in should always be small”.

Elizabeth Was another wonderful staff member who took me through the townhome and insured that all issues with the townhome were marked as to not be a merit against me going forward.

The staff here made the process a genuine ease and the ongoing comfort I feel with any issues in between maintenance and making this place my new home, it makes it a much easier If not an appreciated experience.

He got our screen door fixed and replaced within an hour along with other tasks as well. He even recommended restaurants to visit since we are new to Cville!
